This Player Services Coordinator position involves promoting outstanding guest relations in a friendly and helpful environment, whether it be addressing a concern or issuing complimentary vouchers to one of our fine restaurants. In this role, you work with a reliable team of professionals to ensure our guests’ needs are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promotes outstanding guest relations. Handles all inbound/outbound calls with the Player Services Call Centre.
  • Manages booking procedures for concerts/hotel/premium events.
  • Opens and maintains new player accounts, player profiles, issue players cards for patrons, educate players on benefits of Player Passport card.
  • Screens player ratings to provide information on complimentaries to players.
  • Performs inventory control of all promotional materials.
  • Handles customer concerns or complaints for immediate solution.
  • Provides for superior customer service and promotes excellent employee relations with co-worker.
  • May be required to greet buses and give presentations to tour and travel groups.
  • Work box office for ticket sales and complementary redemption as required.

What You Bring
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Computer skills required, knowledge of Microsoft, Access and Excel.
  • Able to organize and prioritize.
  • Available to work all shifts, including overnight or swing.
